Ravin Cabernet Sauvignon

The Cabernet Sauvignon


is a quality dry red wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It has a deep ruby color, with notes of red fruits, red berries, redcurrant and red cherries, with a taste that follows the nose, balanced with velvet tannins and long aftertaste. The Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with grilled meats, pork cutlets, lamb, and a mix of cheeses.
The wine should be served at 16- 18 C.

Merlot

The Merlot


is a quality dry red wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It has a deep ruby color, with notes of black fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant, back cherries and plum with sweet spicy finish, with a taste that follows the nose, balanced with velvet tannins and long aftertaste. The Merlot goes well with grilled meats, lamb, and a mix of aged cheeses.
The wine should be served at 16-18 C.

Pinot Noir

The Pinot Noir


is a quality dry red wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It has a pale ruby color characteristically for this variety. The nose has notes of red fruits, cranberry, raspberry and hint of red cherries, with a taste that follows the nose, with refreshing acidity and velvet tannins and pleasant aftertaste. The Pinot Noir goes well with mixed salads, white meat, fish, cheeses and sea food.
The wine should be served at 12-14oC.

Vranec

The Vranec


is a quality dry red wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It has intense dark red color with notes of black fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant, back cherries, with a taste that follows the nose, with refreshing acidity and characteristic tannins finishing with long aftertaste. The Vranec goes well with grilled meats, lamb, pork, game and a mix of hard cheeses.
The wine should be served at 16-18 C.

The Vranec

The Vranec

The Rosé

The Rosé


is a quality dry wine, with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a pale pink color characteristically for Rose wines. The nose has notes of red fruits, cranberry, strawberry and red cherries, with a taste that follows the nose, with refreshing acidity, well balanced and sweet aftertaste. The Rose goes well with mixed salads, white meat, cheeses and sea food..
The wine should be served at 8-10 C.

The Chardonnay

The Chardonnay


is a quality dry white wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It is a wine with pale yellow nuance, complex aroma, typical for the grape variety, with emphasis of tropical fruits, well balanced and a full body. The taste is harmoniously following the nose with refreshing acidity. It is an excellent companion with cheese, green salad, white meat, fish and seafood.
The Chardonnay should be served chilled at 8-10 C.

The Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc


is a quality dry white wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It is a wine with pale green nuance, typical for the grape variety coming from the southern regions. It has complex aroma, with pronounced herbaceous character combined with citrus fruits. The taste is harmonious with refreshing acidity and complex with citrus and stone fruits dominating.
The Sauvignon Blanc should be served chilled at 8-10 C.

The Smederevka

The Smederevka


is a quality dry white wine with appellation of origin from the Tikvesh wine region. It is a wine with golden yellowish color and soft flavour typical for the grape variety. It is an excellent companion for cheeses, green salad, fish and seafood.
The Chardonnay should be served chilled at 8-10 C.

It contains glucose and fructose, organic acids hydro soluble vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, and C), minerals (K, Na, Ca, P, Fe), tannins, anthocyanin's, flavonoids and other beneficial nutrients. It is used as a nutritional supplement, as well as for medicinal purposes.
